Infrastructure 2: Project Management

The course on Project Management and Contract Administration was held in Istanbul, Turkey from 12 to 14 December 2005.

This course had the aim of introducing participants to the key concepts of project management and contract administration associated with transport infrastructure projects. It provided participants with up – to –date information on the latest FIDIC contract procedures, the contract used in most EU and internationally funded projects.
