Transport Infrastructure Network Contract

The objective of the Infrastructure Contract is to:

  • Assist improving the effectiveness of the regional transport infrastructure network by helping the mobilisation of resources for infrastructure investment.

This contributes to the overall objectives:

  • Development of the Euro-Mediterranean Free Trade Area
  • Economic integration among the Mediterranean partners
  • Development of the Mediterranean Transport Infrastructure Network and its interconnection to the Trans-European network

The Infrastructure Contract is being carried out by a consortium spearheaded by Dar Al-Handasah (Shair and Partners) in association with Arup, RAND Europe and Comito & Associati s.r.l.
