A BSc civil engineer, Abdel Hafiz El-Kaissi has worked with EuroMed since its launch. As project manager, he has supervised work on Saudi Arabia’s main road network - his areas of expertise include highway design, design - and supervision-team management as well as the management of international donor-financed transport projects. He speaks Arabic and English.
