Also in the final stages of obtaining a business administration degree, MIEE engineer Martin Spiteri has been active in EuroMed since 2004. His work areas include policy and aeronautical and maritime communications competitiveness, and he also has specialist skills in the radio communication sector. He speaks Maltese, English and Italian and has held previous posts as head of radio communications department, a consultancy transport planner and the team leader of a W.B.-financed project.

His major achievements include the setting-up of policy development within the Competitiveness and Communications ministry and developing Malta’s first national radio frequency plan.

to transport infrastructure improvement ?
Since Malta is a new member state now transport reforms are currently in place that involve both legislative provisions as wells as privatization of port services... Video [wmv] (3Mb)
