Training
The training plan has been till the end of 2009 one of the three parts of the Project action plan, the others being the on-site Technical assistance and the organisation of Events such as the seminars.
It is based on the outcomes of the Survey missions, on the agreed final conclusions of the seminars held so far as well as on the comments made by the participants of the first Advisory Group Meeting.
The training plan aims at proposing a wide panel of training activities required to:
Support an open, healthy competitive aviation market Promote improved aviation safety in the region Promote air transport security in the region Promote improved environmental friendliness of air transport in the region Support regional ATM cooperation and harmonisation
A corollary activity to support these purposes is to reinforce the capabilities of the civil aviation authorities in the Mediterranean Partners.
