Accident/Incident Investigation Seminar

The Euromed Aviation Project is pleased to announce the organisation of this seminar in cooperation with the French Bureau of Accident/Incident Investigation (BEA - www.bea-fr.org)

Objectives of the Seminar

The objectives of this 2 ^_1/2 days seminar are to:

• Understand the needs of safety investigation in aviation
• Explain how to manage a crisis and a major investigation
• Present how to deal with the media, the families, the legal context...
• Discuss real case studies
• Identify cross-border regional arrangements

Participants

It is expected an attendance of 40/50 people composed of:

• Representatives of Arab Civil Aviation Authorities & Ministries of Transport
• Representatives of the Arab Civil Aviation Commission
• Representatives of the European Commission & of the Euromed Aviation Project

The Seminar is free and open to any aviation stakeholder of the Euro-Mediterranean region. For participants not covered by the Project a lump sum will be requested to cover the lunches and the coffee breaks of the 3 days.
