This document presents the Draft Version of the Euro- Mediterranean “Regional Transport Action Plan” on Policy/Institutional Actions (part 1) as of September 2006.
This Draft was prepared by the Technical Assistance Team of the EuroMed Transport Project – Main Contract Consortium and includes the feedback and comments received by the MEDA partner representatives during the four Tunis RTAP review workshops in June – August 2006. The already published “Blue Paper” on transport policies and the RTAP are considered to be complementary documents.
